we had a fantastic stay at royal saray! the staff were super welcoming, especially omar at the front desk, he was really helpful. the room was spacious with a lovely sea view and the service by the pool was great. breakfast was decent but could have more options. the pool area was really chill with nice sun beds!

We were thrilled with the complimentary room upgrade to an Arabian Deluxe King Room, featuring a private balcony overlooking the infinity pool. Asma’s recommendations for local dining were spot-on and made our meals memorable. The staff truly made us feel special. Jamila and Asma checked in daily, ensuring we had everything we needed. The little surprises—like balloons for our kids and blankets for our day out—added a heartfelt touch. The resort's cleanliness and high standards stood out, especially the beautifully decorated master bedroom. On the downside, we did face some plumbing issues in our bathroom, like calcification around the fixtures, which came as a surprise for a relatively new resort. Some reception staff could be more attentive, particularly during busier hours. Still, the positive experiences certainly outweighed these minor inconveniences. Hope to revisit soon!
